Bookings
Schedule your appointment at your earliest convenience to ensure your receive the day and time you require. If using a gift card please quote the number at the time of booking.
Early arrival of pampering treatments
We ask you arrive 15 minutes prior to any pampering treatment. This allows you time to fill out or update your client card and relax before your treatment.
Gift Cards
Our beautifully presented Gift Cards can be purchased for a particular service, package or simply a value amount. Gift Cards can be ordered for your loved ones and paid for over the phone or picked up in the salon. All our Cards have a 6 month expiry and our beautiful gift boxes can be purchased to make your gift a memorable one.

Cancellations/No shows
The treatments are reserved especially for you, we politely ask if you could inform us 24hrs prior for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Health Conditions
Please notify us on arrival if you suffer from allergies, high blood pressure, any disabilities or if you are pregnant so we can adapt the treatment to your needs. Your comfort and safety is our primary concern.
